A. posting of offers:
a. The offers shall be either of cashdiscount, freebies, giveaways, coupon codes, cashback, promocodes, sale or other but not merely general offers of prizes, lucky draws, buy-one-get one free or any other offers that doesnot involve cash discount.
b. The offer (coupon codes, freebies, giveaways, cashbacks,sale or other that includes cash discount offers) should be true and valid.
c. Fake offers that results into fraud or scams shall be the sole responsibility of the posting organizatRion.3.Responsibility of users: a. Coupon codes/ offers with expiry dates are invalid after the date expires.
b. Customers should be self aware about products and services, payments to the e-commerce sites.
c. Selling, buying and payments are concerned to third party e-commerce site. Savlify is not involved in any of these transactions and shall not be accountable for such dealings.4.Limitation of laibility: Savlify is only a promotional partner that helps stores, e-commerce sites to promote their product to general public through help of various offers such as cash discount offers, coupon codes, promocodes, cash back and other. The store/e-commerce site is itself responsible for its product and services and is solely responsible to general customers for any queries regarding its product and services. For any queries related to product and services provided by a third party, savlify shall not be held responsible . We as a coupon site only post coupon and offers but the entire authority regarding product and services shall be with offering stores/e-commerce platforms . As a coupon site we bring best coupons in association with our partner stores however we are not involved in physical selling activities neither involve any finanacial transactions with general public.
